Client Work
All design, development, and marketing work performed by Steadfast Creative Solutions is governed by a separate written client agreement, executed prior to any work beginning. The terms of that agreement supersede anything on this website. Upon receipt of final payment as outlined in your agreement, you retain full ownership of the deliverables created for your project.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, code, and the Steadfast Creative Solutions logo — is the property of Steadfast Creative Solutions LLC. SMS Messaging Program
Steadfast Creative Solutions operates Steadfast Local, a platform through which local business clients may send one-time review request SMS messages to their customers. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms:
Program name: Steadfast Local Review Requests. Description: One-time text messages sent by a local business to a customer following completion of a service, containing a link to leave a Google review. Messages are manually triggered by the business's staff — never automated.
Message frequency: One message per service interaction, sent only when a staff member chooses to send it. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive no further messages. To request help: reply HELP or contact us at joe@steadfast-creative.com.
Phone numbers are used solely for delivery of the requested message and are not retained, sold, or used for any other purpose.
