What We Collect

When you fill out the contact form or a lead magnet form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to include. Phone number is optional and only collected if you provide it.

We do not run any server-side analytics beyond Google Analytics 4 (aggregated, anonymized traffic data). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other sites.

How We Use It

The information you submit through any form on this site is used solely to respond to your inquiry or deliver the resource you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you submit a lead magnet form, we may follow up with occasional relevant content. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe."

Form Submissions

Forms are processed by Netlify and delivered to joe@steadfast-creative.com. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy. Submission data is retained only as long as needed to fulfill your request.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages visited, general location, device type. This data is anonymized and not tied to any individual. You can opt out using browser extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

SMS Messaging

Steadfast Creative Solutions operates a platform (Steadfast Local) that enables local businesses to send one-time review request text messages to their customers. These messages are manually triggered by the business's staff after completing a service — they are never automated or sent without a human action.

Phone numbers collected through this platform are used solely to send the requested review link. They are not stored for marketing purposes, not shared with third parties, and not used for any follow-up communication. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of receiving messages, reply STOP to any text. For help, reply HELP.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
